FIA Summer Program

FIA Summer School

Recreational FIA ELA Summer Program along with Aljazari Summer Program

(Combination of the two programs is optional):

FIA is launching a pilot recreational/educational English Language Arts (ELA) Summer program aiming at reinforcing and transforming ELA levels of students (6- to 12-year-olds).

Children will have fun engaging in activities and games that will sharpen their English Language Arts skills. Phonics games will be played to practice spelling and word decoding. Interesting and entertaining books will be read aloud and discussed to strengthen comprehension skills. Children will practice their writing skills by journaling and responding to creative writing prompts. Students will also draw and write to make predictions and inferences within texts. The program will build on the joy and fascination children experience while reading quality books, and writing about intriguing topics.

The ELA program will run in coordination with the pre-set Aljazari Summer Program. The FIA program will run from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. The students in this program have the option to then join the Aljazari program starting at 11:0 am and running to 2:00 pm (Quran and Islamic foundations along with PE activities)

Tuition (7 weeks) for the FIA recreational ELA Summer program:

$175 per student and 75 for each additional family member.

There is a $50 discount for families who opt to also enroll their student in the Aljazari program from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm (i.e. $125 for the ELA program and $200 for the Aljazari program for a total of $325 per student for a 7-week from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm).

Tuition is due the first day of class by check or credit card.
